I want you to love the fit and comfort of your shoes. That said, please make sure that you "test drive" your new shoes around the house for 20-30 minutes before you wear them outside so that you know that they are right for you.
RETURNS
United States Clients: I accept returns of unworn shoes in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Full price purchases and first purchase discounts: I provide a full refund to the original payment tender. You may request a free return label if the shoes were purchased in the U.S.A.
- Clearance or product promotions: I will gladly accept a return for exchange or store credit. I will issue a return label on your behalf, but the cost of the label will be subtracted as a restock fee.
Canadian Clients, Given the complexities and expense of shipping, duty, and brokerage fees, I am not able to provide a return label for shoes shipped to or from Canada. Please contact me before your purchase so that you will receive the best fit possible and I'll answer any questions.
