Shipping policy

 

TANYA HEATH US likes to keep things simple. Our shipping charges are as follows:

In the U.S.

  • Free Shipping within the U.S. on Orders Over $100
  • $30 for Express 2-day shipping Available

    In Canada 

    • $45 Shipping fee for all purchases to Canada
    • Expect that the Canadian Border Patrol will charge you an import duty and tax for all purchases being shipped to Canada. Expect shoes to have an 10% + additional tax and duty; tax and duty for heels is much less. There is unfortunately, no way around this. Typically, duty and any brokerage fees are due by the importer at time of delivery.
    • Whenever possible, we ship using USPS and Canada Post so that you can avoid paying high brokerage fees

      Around the World

      • Yes, I absolutely ship around the world. Shipping charges are calculated for most countries as you begin the check-out process.
      • Please know that I heavily subsidize the actual shipping cost so that you pay less.
      • Please email me with any questions about rates to other countries. I'd love to ship to you.
