How do I select the correct shoe size?
Read the product details and refer to the size chart located on each product page. I've converted to U.S. Sizing from European Sizing and, as a result, you will see a few unexpected and new U.S. sizes such as a 6.25, 8.75, and a 9.25. If you are new to TANYA HEATH Paris, you will want to order half size larger than most typical American brands (e.g. Nike, Cole Haan, Sam Edelman, Tory Burch).
If you already own a shoe from TANYA HEATH Paris, please order the US size that corresponds to the European size on the shoes in your closet.
How do I select heels?
Go to "Heels" on the top menu and click on the heels for your shoe size range. We have three sizes in heels so that there is a precision fit to your shoe. If you should order the wrong size heels with your shoe order, I will email or text you and we will sort it out before anything ships.
What happens if I receive my order and the size does not fit?
No worries if something doesn't fit! We will correct any fit needs. TANYA HEATH US covers the shipping cost for returns and exchanges of shoes. Clearance excluded.
